THE BLUESKINS

Wakefield four-piece The Blueskins have a little bit of the Bob Marley in their souls, a lot of the blues in their bodies, and a little bit of blue in their soles (they have a song called Blue Sneakers). The band's debut single was recorded with former Spacemen 3 collaborator Richard Formby at the desk, out in wildest Snowdonia, and it?s led by the 120 second boogie down stomp, 'User Friendly', which you better check as soon as you can. The band consists of former boxer Ryan Spendlove on guitar and vocals, seventeen year old Richie Townsend on a second guitar, Ryan's old school friend Maff Smith on the bass and Paul Brown on traps. They make a primal noise.
