There are currently 3 ways you can qualify for free shipping to a UK address -
1) If your order value comes to £15 or more.
That can be one, two or as many items as you like. Doesn't matter what they are; LPs, T-shirts, CDs etc.
As long as the total items ordered comes to £15 or more.
2) If you are pre-ordering any cd album on the site.
All pre-order CD albums qualify for free shipping to the UK unless we state otherwise.
3) If you are ordering one of our special offer albums.
How we calculate our delivery rates:
Where possible, we offer two rates - a 'quicker' rate and a 'cheaper' rate. At times, the 'quicker' rate might have the same notional speed as the 'cheaper' rate, but include added security, such as requiring a signature on delivery.
We calculate our rates for each package by taking the item which would be most expensive as the '1st item' and, where rates exist, adding in subsequent items at the 'other item' rate. For example, if your cart contains a CD and an LP, we'll charge £1.90 for the LP, but only £0.20 for the CD, making a total of £2.10. If you buy two LPs, we'll charge £1.90 for the first, but only £1.70 for the second, giving a total of £3.60.
We'll do our best group items sent by the same method together, although this may not always be possible. If you have any queries at all about your order, don't hesitate to get in touch.
