Warp Films, Domino and Bang Bang films are proud to present a Warp Films Production - Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo; the feature length film of the last gig in the Arctic Monkeys’ acclaimed 2007 world tour, shot at The Apollo in Manchester.

For one night only, you’ll be able to see the film in all its epic widescreen and full surround sound glory at a selection of Vue and other independent cinemas in the UK (full list below) on Tuesday the 14th of October.

Arctic Monkeys are no strangers to the cinematic realm, taking the title of their debut album Whatever People Say That’s What I’m Not from the mouth of Albert Finney’s character in Saturday Night and Sunday Morning as well as infamously dressing up all Wizard of Oz for the 2007 Brit Awards, however Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo is a cinematic feast for any fan.

The film was produced by an exceptionally talented team. Directed by Richard Ayoade (regular Arctic Monkeys/The Last Shadow Puppets music video director and actor from Mighty Boosh and The I.T. Crowd), director of photography Danny Cohen (This is England, Pierrepoint), edited by BAFTA winner Nick Fenton (The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off, Sigur Ros documentary Heima), and produced by Diarmid Scrimshaw from Warp Films (Dead Man’s Shoes and This Is England).

Tickets for the one night only screenings will be available at 9am on Tuesday 16th of September direct from www.arcticmonkeysattheapollo.com where you can see the film trailer. The screenings will also feature an exclusive, personal introduction to the film by the band, filmed by Richard Ayoade.
